Exhibitor and parking passes
Exhibitor passes are intended only for your stand personnel and they are also valid during construction and dismantling. Please email the following personnel information to our customer service by September 3rd:
- Company name you wish to show on the badge
- First name and surname of every person working at your stand
- email to which you want us to send the exhibitor passes
Your other personnel (not working at your stand on fair days) and customers should register as visitors in advance on the web page of the exhibition. Registration is free of charge.
Your external stand builders will receive constructor passes for the construction and dismantling from the exhibition office upon arrival.
Order parking cards by e-mail from customerservice@tampereenmessut.fi no later than 30 August 2024. With the Tampere Messut parking card visible in the vehicle, the exhibitor has the right to park during the fair in the parking area reserved for exhibitors of the Tampere Fair and Sports Center. A parking ticket costs €45/piece. Visitors are also charged for parking. There are a limited number of parking cards for sale
Please note that parking area is limited. We recommend that exhibitors use the free of charge bus transportations organized from city hotels and railway station in order to free more space at the parking area for fair visitors.
