  • Entrance halls

  • The look of your company will take over the space immediately in the main entrance hall and will be remembered by visitors well in advance of your own exhibition stand. The main entrance package includes a giant banner and five rollups that you will have access to after the fair. Rollup visibility also available for other entrances.   • Lanyards

  • Visitors will receive a name tag with a lanyard with your company brand. The corporate look goes with the visitor at the fair all day long.

  • Triangular ads for restaurant tables

  • Triangular ads placed on the tables of a restaurant will reach your customer during a meal or coffee at a place where they naturally stop and have time to get acquainted with your message.
    Minimum order: 100 (= one restaurant)

  • Sanitary facility ads

  • Your A4-sized ads will appear in frames on the walls of the sanitary facilities in use during the event.

  • Outdoor banner Hall D

  • Your banner ad placed on the outer wall of the hall will be seen from afar. The 4.25 x 5.8 m banner on the outer wall of Hall D is well visible from the main entrance.

  • Outdoor banner Hall E

  • Your banner ad placed on the outer wall of the hall will be seen from afar. The large 4.5 x 9.2 m banners placed on the wall of Hall E are visible all the way to the bypass road! There are two places for banners on the wall.
    Material instructions: 4550x9200 mm + 50 mm cutting margin (PDF).

  • Floor stickers

  • The sticker is affixed in a visible place, for example, in the corridor along which visitors walk from the main lobby to the hall. The look of your company is emphasized in the corridor or space as a whole. The locations of the floor stickers are negotiable. On the exhibition hall, floor stickers can serve as step signs for your own stand, for example.

  • Exhibition café

  • Decorated with the look of your company, the café is a great place for event guests to stop for a moment to enjoy your brand. You can name the café according to your company or carry out a full remake.

  • Program stage

  • The interesting program content of the fair is complemented by the look of your company when the stage is branded to look like you. Material instructions: print-quality PDF materials with 5 mm cutting margin in a separately agreed size.

  • Newsletter

  • The event’s newsletter reaches just the right trade fair audience. We offer two different sized banner sites in our newsletters. Also ask about content marketing opportunities!

  • Brochure distribution

  • Distribution of brochures or other material during the fair at entrances and/or exhibition halls.

  • VIP entrance

  • Own VIP entrance to the fair, where you can receive your company’s VIP customers. VIP guests can be transported to the entrance with their own transport. The package can include a private conference room near the entrance.

  • Cloakroom

  • The entire cloakroom is branded with the look of your company. Also ask about the option to purchase a free cloakroom for visitors during the event. It is possible to have cloakroom tags made with the look and message of the company.
