Subcontracting fair postponed to 2021 – Instructions for exhibitors

Tampere Trade Fairs has decided to move the international Subcontracting Trade Fair, the AlihankintaHEAT event to next year. The event will be moved to 21–23 September 2021. Exhibitor, below you will find important information concerning your participation and payments in the Subcontracting trade fair. 

Do this if you have paid for your trade fair participation in full
Your trade fair participation, payments and exhibition stand reservation will automatically be moved to next year, and you don’t have to do anything. You will also have the opportunity to participate in this years virtual fair which is held 8-10 December 2020. More information about the virtual fair will be published during September.

If you have paid for your participation in the Subcontracting 2020 in full, Tampere Trade Fairs can temporarily refund 50 percent of the trade fair costs already paid, if you wish. The amount which would be temporarily refunded will be charged again in March 2021.

With the temporary refund, we want to alleviate the financial situation of the exhibitors and help make it possible for customers to participate in the fair in the future as well. In order to receive a temporary refund from the fair participation already paid in full, the exhibitor must contact Tampereen Messu’s customer service by e-mail (asiakaspalvelu@tampereenmessut.fi) by 16.10.2020. Please provide the company’s account number in the same message. The temporary refund will be transferred to the company’s account no later than 31.12.2020.

Do this if you have paid part of your participation in the fair
If you have already paid at least the 1st installment, or 50 percent of your fair participation, for the 2020 Subcontracting Fair, your fair participation, payment and exhibition stand will automatically be moved to next year, and you don’t have to do anything. Rest of the fair participation will be invoiced in March 2021.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in this years virtual fair which is held 8-10 December 2020. More information about the virtual fair will be published during September.
