When to market?
We have put together a schedule to jointly market the upcoming trade fair event and engage our own customers.
4 weeks before the event “We are in”
Tell your customers about your participation in the fair through your own channels and website. Take advantage of the materials found in our material bank.
3 weeks before the event “Activate your customer”
Activate your own customers well in advance. Ask your customers what they want to see at the upcoming event? What kind of expectations do your customers have? Open the doors for discussion. You can get valuable tips on trade show content.
2 weeks before the event “Our exhibition stand”
Let everyone know what your exhibition stand at this particular event is all about: what services or products are you presenting – are there news, competitions or other interesting content? Create excitement in your own audience using your preferred marketing channels!
1 week before the event “General info and more content”
Go through the practical info: where to find you at the fair and how to reach you. Tell your customers about the event content in more detail. Is there a program you are participating in, or something else that your customers may find interesting?
During the event week “See you soon”
Highlight your own exhibition stand, offers and novelties. Encourage your customers to participate in the event. Broadcast your content directly from your stand!
