Networking in the Subcontracting virtual event - approximately 250 exhibitors will participate

News  17.11.2020

The first virtual Subcontracting and AlihankintaHEAT event aggregate in history is already knocking on the door. The industry’s number one event will take over the network from 8 to 10 December 2020. Over the course of three days, there will be plenty of live program, pre-recorded videos, and great opportunities for networking with the experts and professionals in the manufacturing industry. Participation in the event is free of charge for visitors and a link to the event pages will be published closer to the time of the event.

In its program, the Subcontracting virtual event drills into the theme of Business from data. As is traditional, this year the event will start with an opening ceremony that introduces the themes, during which the Main and Subcontractors of the Year will be awarded. Interesting discussion will be on the menu, for example, in the form of the Heat Grill: “Business from data – intelligently, safely and productively” theme discussion on the opening day, Tuesday. The program is constantly being published, but it is worth checking out the current offering now. Check out the program..

“Networking is the number one thing”

The importance of encounters has also been raised to an important role in the virtual event. During the Subcontracting virtual event, the Brella networking service, which is familiar from physical fairs, will be used, which connects professionals and enables productive encounters easily and efficiently.

– The number one thing of Subcontracting has always been networking, so even this exceptional year we want to emphasize its importance. With Brella, meetings are easy with video calls and company-specific chats, so it is also possible to establish and maintain both old and new customer relationships in a virtual event implementation, says Tanja Järvensivu, the project manager of the Subcontracting event.

The Brella service makes contacting simple. Each participating exhibitor has their own company page on the service platform, through which company representatives can be reached via both video calls and chat. A total of approximately 250 exhibitors have registered for the virtual event, so there are plenty of networking opportunities.

Visitors can access the networking platform with either their Google, Facebook or LinkedIn account, or with a Brella account created for it. Logging in to the service is easy and useful, as activities during the event remain in the account, which allows you to return to contacts even after the event ends.

Getting to know both the Brella meetings and the program should be started right away to ensure a successful and lucrative virtual event for yourself. The Brella service will open to visitors on November 26, when it will also be possible to send the first meeting requests.
