Soon it's time to meet again

The fair season at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre will start in the beginning of September with a consumer fair. The first trade fair will take place on 21–23 September 2021 with the anticipated industry number one event, Subcontracting Fair and AlihankintaHEAT.

There is a huge need for face-to-face meetings in the industry. Even though video chats, webinars and working from home are here to stay (and there is absolutely a place for them!), they can’t fully capture the feeling that live encounters have. Subcontracting Fair and AlihankintaHEAT are here to rekindle that magic.

The event will be a hybrid

“The Subcontracting Fair and AlihankintaHEAT will be implemented as a hybrid, which means that part of the theme and program will be published online as well, whereas the networking and acquiring contacts will be centralized into the exhibition halls. The atmosphere and the unique encounters of the live event have supported the Subcontracting Fair for over 30 years already, therefore everything should not be turned completely virtual. Now it is time to meet again. However, the hybrid implementation offers the possibility to watch the Business from Data based program online”, says the Marketing and Communications Director of Tampere Trade Fairs Group Tanja Järvensivu, who is responsible for the organization of the Subcontracting Fair.
