International and innovative Patria as the Subcontracting partner company 2023

The partner company for the Subcontracting Fair 2023 is Patria, an international provider of defence, security and aviation life cycle support services, technology solutions and pilot training. Patria has built strong Finnish competence base in defence industry, which it also uses to drive its international growth. In addition to its top-class products, the company is a forerunner of innovative services.

– Patria’s international growth is based on domestic competence that we have been building in Finland for decades. Technological development is bringing up new kinds of competence needs within the defence industry, and Patria is constantly working to ensure future abilities. Industrial challenges are often shared, and the most recent information and future prospects garner interest across different sectors, which is why networking with other operators is so important. For that same reason, the Subcontracting Trade Fair in Tampere is a vital meeting place in Finland for Patria in this industry, says Manu Skyttä, the Executive Vice President of Patria’s Operations division.

Manu Skyttä is one off the three theme sponsors of the event. In addition to him, Reijo Kangas, Senior Director of Partners and Business Development from Business Finland, and Lari Nurmi, Business Director from Innolink Staff Oy, are this year’s Subcontracting theme sponsors.
